Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences to our members. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing support on a range of topics, including medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to offer personalized solutions that improve our members' healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer personalized solutions to improve our members' healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

  • Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
