Job Overview

In this full-time position, you will provide top-notch support to our customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving technical issues, and offering guidance on our products, systems, and processes. Your ability to troubleshoot problems, collaborate with external teams, and communicate complex information in an accessible way will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a bridge between our customers and internal teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless issue resolution and promoting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Guide customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes, promoting transparency and understanding
  • Troubleshoot issues related to our website, app, and in-car software, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution
  • Ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued, understood, and supported, aligning with arenaflex's commitment to exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, demonstrating your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Maintain strict adherence to the assigned schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years or older
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Be available to work a full-time schedule of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed
  • Be able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
  • Possess strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Be courteous and friendly, with a high level of professionalism and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Have strong time management skills and be able to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone
  • Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience

  • Previous work-from-home experience
  • Prior experience with email and chat support
  • Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems
  • Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success
  • A passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles
