Influencer Marketing Manager (Gaming / lifestyle) We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing US/UK-based agency working across mobile gaming and adjacent performance-driven verticals. While gaming remains a key part of the role, this position is not limited to AAA titles (eg Fortnite) and is instead focused on mobile gaming and broader digital performance campaigns. This role would suit a well-rounded account manager with strong influencer and performance marketing experience, who is comfortable working across multiple verticals while still understanding gaming culture and creator communities. Candidates do not need to come exclusively from gaming, but should be excited by it and confident operating within it. Those with experience solely in beauty or fashion may be less suited, as gaming will remain a core part of the mix. You’ll manage influencer campaigns end to end - from talent identification and briefing through to execution, optimisation, and reporting - working closely with creators and clients to deliver measurable results. This is an agency-side role, ideal for someone comfortable managing multiple clients, creators, and campaign timelines simultaneously. Role Overview As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing influencer campaigns that align with client marketing and performance objectives. Campaigns will span mobile gaming and other digital verticals, requiring a strong understanding of performance metrics, creator strategy, and audience engagement. You’ll oversee multiple campaigns at once, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to execution and reporting. Collaboration is central to the role, working closely with internal teams on talent sourcing, creative strategy, briefing, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Campaign Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop influencer strategies aligned with wider marketing and performance objectives
  • Define target audiences and select influencers based on brand fit, demographics, and KPIs
  • Plan timelines, budgets, and success metrics

Talent Sourcing & Coordination

  • Source and recruit relevant influencers across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Identify creators across gaming and non-gaming verticals where appropriate
  • Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships

Talent Bookings

  • Negotiate fees, deliverables, and exclusivity agreements
  • Manage influencer communication and timelines
  • Create clear, detailed influencer briefs

During Campaign Content Ideation & Creative Development

  • Collaborate with influencers on creative concepts
  • Provide creative guidance while balancing authenticity and performance goals
  • Review and approve content prior to publication

Compliance & Guidelines

  • Ensure content meets advertising standards and disclosure requirements
  • Review contracts to protect brand and client interests

Performance Tracking & Budget Management

  • Track campaign metrics including engagement, installs, conversions, and ROI
  • Monitor spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget
  • Share regular updates and insights with internal teams and clients

Post-Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse results across reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Share learnings to optimise future campaigns

Broader Responsibilities Industry Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with influencer marketing, performance marketing, and platform trends
  • Continuously evolve strategies to improve results across verticals

Relationship Building & Networking

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Expand influencer, creator, and partner networks

IRL Activations

  • Support influencer involvement in live events, launches, and experiential campaigns
  • Manage logistics and briefing for in-person activations
