Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Warmly and professionally welcoming customers visiting the dealership and handling incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Managing the dealership's Business Development Center (BDC), addressing customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinating service appointments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Efficiently processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records as part of cashier duties related to sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining meticulous and updated customer records, contributing to a well-organized customer management system.
  • Scanning service repair orders daily.
  • Upholding dealership policies and procedures with a strong commitment to professionalism and customer service.
  • Organizing and securing vehicles' second keys in a designated area.
  • Balancing the cash register daily and replenishing change as needed.
  • Creating FedEx labels and maintaining a log of sent contracts.
  • Keeping the reception area organized and appealing, ensuring promotional materials and brochures are up to date.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other dealership systems.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry procedures and practices.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
