Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java applications that meet arenaflex's standards for scalability, performance, and security

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of software solutions, including data access and storage
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve arenaflex's software development processes
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on software engineering and architecture
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, REST, and other relevant technologies
• Experience with database design, data access, and storage solutions
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including secure coding and threat modeling
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including data science and analytics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
