Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and maintaining confidentiality
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers and escalating interactions when necessary
- Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
- Upselling and promoting products or services as required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or similar environment)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
- Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace to minimize distractions and ensure focus
