Audit and Compliance Analyst - PACE

This position is primarily working remote but will require occasional travel to PACE sites in Washington, Oregon and Northern California. The PACE Audit and Compliance Analyst support program compliance across the PACE Service Line, including PACE organizations in California, Oregon, and Washington. The role is responsible for auditing, monitoring, policy development, and report creation to ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.   • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related field., Or
  • Consideration may be given for candidates who have comparable experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of demonstrated successful experience working with administrative, policy and/or operational aspects of healthcare.
  • 3 years experience in project management, data analysis, quality improvement and policy and procedure development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMS and State Medicaid regulations and programs.
  • Proven track record of assessing program compliance and establishing auditing and monitoring protocols.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
