Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Segment customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
  • Create and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards on CRM performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and lead the implementation of new features or integrations.
  • Provide training and support to internal users on CRM best practices and system functionality.
  • Monitor CRM system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendor support as needed.
  • Stay abreast of CRM industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our systems and processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping, lead management, and marketing automation principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in data segmentation, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
