You will be the face of arenaflex, embodying our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues related to bookings, flight schedules, and general inquiries. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of arenaflex's policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.Key Responsibilities:
