Job Summary

As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers via phone and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customer support via Zendesk ticketing system
  • Using admin order tools to review order status and provide resolutions to customers
  • Using admin tools to review user accounts and assist with account issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure quality service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Comfortable taking the initiative and working independently
  • Mastery of the written word (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
  • Ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Retail and/or e-commerce experience, a plus
  • Passion for shopping and helping customers shop, required
  • Availability to start orientation ASAP!

Work Environment

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll need:

  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • A quality headset
  • A quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone
