As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our contact center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment. You'll also be responsible for adapting to changing guidelines, identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably in the home improvement industry)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check
