Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representative Agents to join our part-time remote Focus Group Panelist team. As a Focus Group Panelist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments from the comfort of your own home. With flexible scheduling and no minimum hours required, this is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for temporary, part-time, or full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Focus Group Panelist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions for each panel
• Completing written surveys provided for each panel
• Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
• Showing up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
• Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
