Job Summary

As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, attending requirements workshops, and creating test plans and test cases. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the team backlog, and collaborating with the management team on new products and sales strategies. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home and achieve a better work-life balance.

Responsibilities

* Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria

• Attend requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
• Create test plans and test cases to ensure that requirements are thoroughly tested
• Organize and maintain the team backlog to ensure that all requirements are prioritized and tracked
• Collaborate with the management team on new products and sales strategies to ensure that business requirements are met
• Work with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Answer incoming client inquiries and provide support to customers
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* No prior programming knowledge is required for this role

• Highly motivated individuals seeking career advancement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in business analysis or project management

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
