Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator – Remote Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs trade documentation. You'll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and government agencies to provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate and timely processing of customs trade documentation, including import and export shipments

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including documentation and tracking information
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as needed
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 6 months of work experience in a related field (e.g., data entry, customs trade, logistics)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customs trade documentation and regulations

  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software applications (e.g., customs clearance systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
