We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a local remote capacity. As a CSR, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be crucial in shaping their experience with our company.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing inbound phone support to our members through the lifespan of their membership with us. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience

  • Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a customer service experience, leveraging a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
  • Understand client needs and offer support and solutions to meet their requirements
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, adhering to company standards
  • Focus on achieving a "1st call resolution" and measured on Call Quality and Productivity
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment and Schedule:

* This is a local remote opportunity, with a 10-7 shift after training

  • You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment
  • You'll be required to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards

Essential Qualifications:

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or online auction platforms
  • Experience with CRM software or customer service platforms
