Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Sharing your opinions and experiences on a range of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback to our sponsors and partners
- Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and being prepared to discuss your experiences prior to meeting dates
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services, and providing honest and constructive feedback
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop or laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Experience
