  • Act as a primary point of contact for AML-related regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries
  • Develop and mentor AML leadership and individual contributors, building a high-performing compliance organization
  • Drive data-driven insights through AML metrics, KRIs, and reporting to senior leadership and the Board
  • Monitor emerging financial crime risks, fintech trends, and regulatory developments to proactively adapt the AML program
  • Own AML policies, procedures, and enterprise training programs tailored to Stash’s business model

Requirements

  • 10+ years of AML/BSA compliance experience, including leadership roles within a broker-dealer, fintech, bank, or regulated financial institution
  • Deep expertise in BSA/AML, SEC, and FINRA regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience owning or significantly shaping an AML program at scale
  • Strong track record partnering with product, engineering, and data teams in a digital-first environment
  • Experience leading regulatory exams, audits, and complex remediation efforts
  • Proven people leader with experience building and scaling teams
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to executives and non-compliance stakeholders
