Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve business objectives
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
• Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
