IT | Project Manager Massachusetts Position: Program Manager - Marketing Events I Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job ID: 174578 Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Program Manager - Marketing Events I to support Public Sector, Education, and Nonprofit marketing initiatives across AMER. This role combines hands-on event delivery with audience acquisition and marketing performance reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and brings strong operational rigor, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This position will support Tier 1 events, regional programs, and third-party industry engagements while driving measurable pipeline impact and marketing ROI. Responsibilities: Plan and execute Tier 1, regional, and third-party events across AMER. Manage logistics coordination, vendor engagement, registration tracking, and onsite execution support. Ensure consistent brand experience and operational excellence across activations. Assist with executive programs, demo staffing coordination, and meeting room management as needed. Execute targeted audience acquisition strategies, including segmentation and registration campaigns. Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to support call-down programs and structured follow-up initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards tracking registration performance, engagement, pipeline generation, and ROI. Analyze funnel conversion trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing performance. Create stakeholder-ready reports, executive summaries, and post-event analyses. Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams. Provide structured guidance to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution. Support governance and reporting best practices across AMER programs. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, campaign operations, or event marketing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Experience supporting both event execution and marketing performance reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Willingness to travel domestically within AMER to support onsite event execution. Experience supporting enterprise-level sales organizations (preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience with reporting tools such as Tableau preferred. Familiarity with pipeline reporting, MDP contribution, and marketing ROI frameworks. Experience working across multiple business units or industries. Pay Range: $50 - $55 #LI-VK1 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
