Position Summary CVS Health has an opportunity for a full-time Provider Data Services Administrator. The Provider Data Services Senior Administrator is responsible for supporting the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions into Aetna/CVS source systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets in a fast-paced environment. What you will do

  • Daily activities include provider data service, supporting data compliance and directory alignment within QNXT while handling tickets and cases coming in from providers.
  • Proactively define, identify and recommend process enhancements or modifications to support business strategic goals.
  • Meet and support established departments productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.
  • Performing data compares and working with Large Data Sets.
  • Following area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
  • Attending required department trainings to support learning.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams.

  • Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas and solutions.
  • Support a positive team environment. Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
