Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Data Entry Specialist with EMR expertise, you'll play a vital role in our team's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Transcribing patient information from one Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to another with precision and accuracy
• Ensuring seamless data transfer and minimizing errors to maintain high-quality patient records
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to gather and verify patient information
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Participating in training and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition to our EMR system
• Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient data entry processes and workflows

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong foundation in healthcare medical terminology and/or relevant experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in EMR systems, with experience in Epic or similar platforms a significant advantage
