Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that arenaflex is known for. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Address customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, and product information

Essential Qualifications:
