Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and value realization within arenaflex's customer base. You'll act as a trusted advisor, championing customer needs, and ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering strong internal and external relationships. This role is critical to maximizing renewals and expansion within our customer base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Developing and executing success plans that align with customer strategic initiatives
  • Leading quarterly customer success reviews to highlight achievements and refine priorities
  • Driving adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, promotion, user forums, and regular touchpoints
  • Owning the renewal process, ensuring customer retention and value delivery
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, Training, and Support to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Addressing customer roadblocks, escalating as needed to support and development teams
  • Identifying and advocating for feature enhancements based on customer needs
  • Expanding customer relationships across sites, business units, and partner organizations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role or an engineering position within process manufacturing or power generation
  • Experience engaging senior directors or above and stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies
  • A strong data-driven approach to customer health and account strategy
  • Expertise in IT/OT priorities, industrial analytics, and digital transformation
  • Proven ability to own renewals, build account plans, and drive expansion

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer success skills, with a focus on driving retention and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer roadblocks
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A deep understanding of industrial analytics and process manufacturing, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary, plus equity incentives, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:

  • Competitive salary: $150,000 - $180,000 USD base salary
