Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, and payments, making policy changes and endorsements, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling general incoming calls and placing outbound calls as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Processing and replying to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries
  • Taking payments for policies and making changes and endorsements to policies that do not require a license
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide informed and accurate advice to customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience
  • High School/GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
