Responsibilities

As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Monitoring and tracking field action responses to ensure accurate documentation
• Handling the process of obtaining returned response letters, including mail collection and scanning tasks
• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, utilizing Excel software and other accounting software systems
• Engaging in answering inbound calls, handling billing functions, check processing, and claim administration tasks
• Maintaining communication with the team and reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly
• Utilizing various accounting software systems, including ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, and About Time

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, including ADP - Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Epic Software, and ERP Solutions
• Experience with About Time software is preferred
• The ability to effectively answer inbound calls and perform billing functions
• Experience in check processing and familiarity with claim administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Perks
