Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Support Team Member, you'll be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your primary duties will include:

  • Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
  • Completing written and oral instructions to ensure a thorough understanding of the topic
  • Completing written surveys provided for each panel
  • Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
  • Demonstrating a willingness to share your opinions and experiences in a constructive and respectful manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working independently or in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with online platforms and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
  • Cell phones (Apple, Android, or Windows; prepaid or contract)
  • Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
  • Food (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
  • Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
  • Electronics (devices and preferences)
  • Pets (animal lovers needed; dogs, cats, and other pets)
  • Automobiles (ownership, payments, or leasing)

Compensation and Perks

As a Customer Care Support Team Member, you'll be compensated for your participation in focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your compensation will vary depending on the specific study, but you can expect to earn:

  • $75-$150 per hour for single-session studies
  • $300-$750 for multi-session studies
  • Free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback
  • The opportunity to review and use new products or services before they're launched to the public
