Job Summary

As a Customer Service Senior Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. You will work closely with our nursing team, field staff, and patients to schedule visits, complete assignments, and monitor patient appointments. You will also work with various departments, including pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing, to coordinate referrals and provide support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information

  • Work with the nursing team, field staff, and patients to schedule visits, complete assignments, and monitor patient appointments
  • Use pharmacy and scheduling programs for documentation and nurse scheduling of home infusion visits
  • Proactively communicate with field staff, nurse management, and patients to ensure timely and accurate information
  • Investigate and research issues, providing resolution and taking initiative for problem-solving
  • Correct and timely entry of data in appropriate systems
  • Utilize critical thinking and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain high proficiency and regular use of Excel and Outlook

Essential Qualifications

* High School education or GED

  • 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extremely detailed-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral professional communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make independent decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of pharmacy and scheduling programs
  • Experience with Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
