As a Product Tester, you will be responsible for testing products in the comfort of your own home, documenting your experiences, and providing detailed feedback to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct In-Home Usage Tests (IHUT) for various products, following specific instructions and guidelines Document your experiences, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and writing product journal entries Use the product responsibly and take care of it during the testing period Read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, and writing reviews Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested Use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (if required) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and provide unparalleled depth of responses Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Product Tester, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills are essential Must be 18 years or older What We Offer As a Product Tester with Workwarp, you can expect: A competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project Weekly pay, every Wednesday, by direct deposit or check Flexible working hours, allowing you to work around your own schedule The opportunity to learn about an exciting industry and stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends The ability to telecommute and work from home, or from any location with a reliable internet connection The chance to keep the products you test, in most cases Career Growth and Development At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
