  • Lead comprehensive healthcare journey mapping and Jobs-to-be-Done research to understand clinician, provider and patient needs.
  • Design and execute mixed-method research studies that address sensitive healthcare topics, including in-clinic patient visits, central health record management, and telehealth experiences.
  • Inform segmentation studies and persona development specific to healthcare audiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product development and roadmaps.
  • Synthesize findings from healthcare research workstreams to identify patterns and opportunities across the health experience.

If you're ready to tackle complex challenges and shape the future of health experiences, we want to hear from you. - 5+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience - 5+ years of hands-on work with: field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design experience - Experience in leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact - Experience with field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design - Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - Experience with behavioral data collection, quantitative data analysis, and statistics - Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas) - Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Strong understanding of healthcare privacy concerns and trust-building research methods, including the handling of protected health information (PHI). - Expertise in zero to one and generative research methodologies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
