Content Moderator - Home-Based Role with Training

Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Content Moderators. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with our platforms guidelines, safety standards, and community values. Key Responsibilities

• * Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other content uploaded by users across social media, forums, and websites.
• * Apply content guidelines accurately and consistently while maintaining platform integrity.
• * Flag or remove inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content following established protocols.
• * Collaborate with the team to identify trends in content and escalate issues when necessary.
• * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when making moderation decisions.
• * Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation tools and workflows.
• * Handle sensitive content with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English (fluency required).
• * Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• * Comfortable working with diverse content, including sensitive or graphic material.
• * Basic understanding of social media platforms, forums, or user-generated content.
• * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• * Fast and reliable internet connection.
• * Good typing speed and computer literacy.
• Experience
• * No prior content moderation experience required.
• * Freshers and candidates from non-tech backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
