Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - WFH to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and internal team with travel bookings, itinerary planning, data entry, scheduling, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - WFH, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Administrative & Data Entry Duties

  • Enter and update client travel information, bookings, and preferences into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, pricing, and policies, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of travel expenses, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Conduct research on travel trends, destinations, and exclusive deals, staying up-to-date on industry developments and providing valuable insights to our team.

### Scheduling & Customer Service

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and internal team members, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts.
  • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, phone, and chat, resolving issues and exceeding client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback, driving continuous improvement and enhancing our services.

### Requirements To succeed as an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - WFH at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service or administrative support: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service or administrative support, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms: Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality: A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection, ensuring the secure handling of sensitive client information.
