In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
