Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for an arenaflex independent contractor agent, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
• Collaborating with the agent team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
