Key Responsibilities:

As an entry-level customer service representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of our services
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling techniques

Candidate Qualifications:

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment, and you will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
