Job Responsibilities

  • Problem-Solving: Empathetically resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, using your excellent communication skills to de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Education and Awareness: Educate card members about arenaflex products, services, and exclusive benefits, ensuring they receive the most value from their membership.
  • Communication: Manage customer communications via phone, email, or chat channels effectively, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements
