About the position RAMPART is a company focused on redefining radiation protection by offering advanced shielding solutions that eliminate the need for traditional lead aprons and provide total body and team protection in clinical settings. Their products are designed to seamlessly integrate into medical workflows, reduce chronic strain from heavy protective gear, and protect all personnel from scatter radiation. Built on peer-reviewed data and ergonomic innovation, Rampart aims to improve safety and performance for healthcare professionals. This is an Assoc. Product Manager / Product Manager role based in either the Central or Eastern region (flexible on location, as this is a primarily remote role) . This is a highly organized communicator with at least 1-2 years of experience in the medical field to support product, marketing, and commercial initiatives across RAMPART. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Associate Product Manager / Product Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, logistics, and leadership teams to support conference execution, content development, social media, communications, and departmental operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conference & Tradeshow Management Maintain and manage the full RAMPART conference and tradeshow schedule.
  • Ensure timely submission of sponsorships and exhibitor requirements.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, product needs, and booth assets for all events.
  • Collaborate with shipping and logistics teams to manage delivery and return of RAMPART products.
  • Draft and distribute “Know Before You Go” communications to attendees to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support RAMPART-hosted events including professional education programs, Global Sales Meetings, and National Sales Meetings.
  • Manage conferences and exhibits library of booth materials.
  • Social Media &Content Management Manage RAMPART’s social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create graphics, short-form videos, and written social copy using graphic design tools (Canva preferred).
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a structured content calendar.
  • Utilize project management tools (Trello experience a plus) to track content workflows and deadlines.
  • Communications & Marketing Support Assist in the creation of marketing content, including e-blasts, internal communications, collateral, and sales enablement tools.
  • Support the execution of marketing communications plans and product messaging.
  • Experience with a marketing CRM, such as HubSpot, is a strong plus.
  • Experience making website updates/edits, preferably with WordPress.
  • Ability to write copy for communications materials.
  • Follow marketing material review process and properly document/track material releases and revisions.
  • Manage content repository for sales enablement tools.
  • Departmental & Product Support Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Marketing and EVP of Marketing & Business Development.
  • Assist in product-related tasks, documentation, and cross-functional communication as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organizational initiatives across the marketing and product teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating content, graphics, or basic design assets (Canva preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media management, content calendars, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with project management tools (Trello a plus).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

  • Base salary plus performance based bonus, with total compensation targeted between $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience.
