Position: Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program - Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group,[...] Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity: • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in wealth management and investment strategies • Comprehensive 10-week structured internship with extensive on-the-job training • Access to educational speaker events, coaching, and mentorship throughout the internship • Work within a diverse and inclusive team environment that values unique perspectives • Opportunities for networking and building relationships within one of the largest financial institutions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): • Collaborate with teams within the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group, or Merrill Home Office • Assist in developing and analyzing investment strategies across various asset classes • Participate in due diligence and oversight processes for client portfolios • Support wealth management advisors by coordinating investment strategies and identifying market trends • Engage in projects related to sustainable and impact investing as well as alternative investments What is Required (Qualifications): • Bachelor's or Bachelor's direct to Master's degree program student with a graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028 • Demonstrated record of achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles • Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred • Technical skills in Excel and Power Point • Major or minor in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets using data science tools • Knowledge of coding and programming languages such as Python, R, or equivalent We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
