Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll provide friendly, professional assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and provide assistance

  • Gather and accurately document customer information to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Provide friendly, professional assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence
  • Follow established processes and guidelines for customer interactions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meet individual, team, and department performance goals, while continuously improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience strongly preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple communication channels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer information
  • Familiarity with Windows-based software and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet access, and a reliable cell phone or landline telephone

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
