Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Inbound Enactments team, working closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to provide exceptional customer support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing mentorship to colleagues to enhance their overall performance on key metrics

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
