Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Providing Support:

Addressing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.

Problem-Solving:

Troubleshooting technical issues, managing subscription inquiries, and assisting with account-related questions.

Customer Engagement:

Ensuring an exceptional user experience by providing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Feedback Collection:

Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve services.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via multiple channels (chat, email, phone)

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
