Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring that you have the latest information to provide to our customers.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of customer service experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
