- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- Ability to teach effectively through Algebra I
- Minimum High School Sophomore standing
- 0-3 years experience working with children in a volunteer or paid role
