We're seeking highly motivated and dedicated customer service representatives to join our team and support our inbound customer service, sales representatives, help desk, and back-office processing representatives. As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer updates
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Candidate Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Experience with data entry and customer updates
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
