Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to clients and internal departments, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and communicating effectively with clients via phone and email. You'll be the face of our organization, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments, including processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates
  • Accurately log client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database
  • Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities
  • Experience in the service or legal industry is a plus
