The Role

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to medical providers, patients, and billing services. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, explaining services and claims information, and providing top-notch support to our customers. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible hours between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. You'll have the opportunity to earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra Paid Time Off, in addition to a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system

  • Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to medical providers, patients, and billing services
  • Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

* Ability to train and work in a remote environment

  • No prior medical insurance experience is required, as we'll provide comprehensive training and development opportunities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior customer service experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to learn basic medical terminology
  • Weekday schedule flexibility

  • Quiet and professional work environment free of distractions
  • High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)
