Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research studies and data collection initiatives. You'll be responsible for entering data, conducting online focus groups, product testing, and research trials, among other tasks. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work on a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently using a computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Conduct online focus groups, product testing, and research trials as required
- Participate in various studies and projects, including those that involve using a webcam or smartphone
- Demonstrate strong data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type at a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized, although this is not mandatory
- Follow instructions and take direction as required
- Maintain a stable internet connection and ensure that your device is compatible with our systems
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
- Strong focus and follow-through skills
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry experience (an asset but not required)
- Familiarity with online research studies and data collection methods
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
