Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Client Support Consultant – Chat Team, you will serve as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on arenaflex technology, and more. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients with 1-49 employees, helping them manage their business using our solutions. Your goal is to deliver a seamless client experience, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to clients with 1-49 employees, helping them manage their business using arenaflex solutions

  • Resolve client issues efficiently, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
  • Answer client questions, provide training on arenaflex technology, and help clients navigate our solutions
  • Work collaboratively with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools
  • Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls
  • Work overtime hours during peak seasons, such as at the close of the year

Requirements

* At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience

  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • College degree is great but not required; what's more important is having the skills to do the job
  • Other acceptable experiences include:

+ Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
