Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You'll be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. You'll build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

  • Includes $2 Shift Differential
  • Full-Time Hours: 1:30 PM to 10 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
