The Role

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
