Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Citrus Heights, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while providing exceptional customer service
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a range of software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Must reside in California
